KU Sports Extra – KU-Duke, A Final Tune-Up

The Elite Eight showdown between blue blood programs Kansas and Duke finally has arrived.

At 4:05 p.m. today, the top-seeded Jayhawks (30-7) and second-seeded Blue Devils (29-7) will face off at Omaha’s CenturyLink Center with a trip to the 2018 Final Four on the line.

This one features a bunch of intriguing matchups between a handful of future pros and some of the best players, and of course coaches, in college basketball.

While you wait for tipoff, here are our final pre-game thoughts about [the 12th ever meeting between Kansas and Duke][1] and a game that could be the most exciting and hyped-up battle in this year’s NCAA Tournament.
