**1 – Pooka Williams:** He’s so fast and changes directions so sharply at full speed that he’s hard to put a hand on, much less slam to the turf. Pooka rushed for 125 yards and had touchdown runs of 20 yards, freeing himself up the middle with sharp cuts, and 41 yards down the left sideline after a wicked early cut. He averaged 8.9 yards per carry, and that included a 5-yard loss for which he wasn’t responsible.

**2 – Joe Dineen:** Had eight solo tackles, six assists, was in on a tackle behind the line of scrimmage and had the first interception of his career. He also was credited with a quarterback hurry.

**3 – Shakial Taylor:** Returned an interception 55 yards for the touchdown that put Kansas up, 28-7, on the first play of the fourth quarter. he also forced a fumble.

**4 – Kerr Johnson:** Had four catches for 68 yards and a touchdown. Appears to be developing a nice chemistry with Peyton Bender, a result, the quarterback said of Johnson running his routes in practice the exact same way he does in games.

**5 – Keith Loneker:** Had a sack and was in on a tackle behind the line of scrimmage. Had five solo tackles and four assists.

**6 – Bryce Torneden:** Hard hitter, made timely tackles to prevent first downs and had a fumble recovery. Had three solo tackles and two assists.

**8 – Jeremiah McCullough:** Picked off a pass late in the game.
