Kansas University golfer Meghan Gockel was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District At-Large team. The senior is now eligible for Academic All-America honors, which will be announced June 10.
In all, 11 student-athletes are named to the first team.
Gockel, from Dallas, owns a perfect 4.0 grade-point average.
