Springfield, Ill. ? Lawrence resident and former Kansas University golfer Chris Thompson shot a 6-under-par 65 and finished in a tie for 13th place Sunday in the Lincoln Land Charity Championship, a Web.com Tour tournament. Thompson had a four-round 267 total, five shots off the lead.
