Kansas University freshman middle blocker Tayler Soucie on Monday earned her second Big 12 Rookie of the Week award.
In Kansas’ victories last week over Baylor and TCU, Soucie had a .568 hitting percentage due to 22 kills and one error. She also had seven blocks.
Kansas, tied for second in the Big 12 at 8-2 (18-5 overall), will host West Virginia at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Also Monday, the Jayhawks announced match time for Kansas State on Nov. 16 at Horejsi Center will be 6:30 p.m.
That match will be available on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and on ESPN3.com.
