West Lafayette, Ind. ? Kansas University senior Meghan Proehl finished 23rd in the one-meter diving competition on the first day of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday at Purdue University.
Proehl finished with 274.3 points. She’ll compete in three-meter diving today and will be joined at the NCAA championships by KU junior swimmer Iuliia Kuzhil, who will compete in the 100-yard backstroke today and the 200 backstroke on Saturday.
