Nathan Lindeman of Lawrence is the winner of the KUSports.com NBA Draft contest. Lindeman beat out 315 other entries to win the grand prize.
Lindeman picked that Cole Aldrich would be taken 14th, Xavier Henry would be taken 12th and Sherron Collins would be undrafted in last week’s NBA Draft. Aldrich was actually drafted 11th, while Lindeman correctly picked Henry and Collins’ draft spots.
There were two other entries, like Lindeman, that were three points off in our contest. Our first tiebreaker was the person that had the most picks exactly right, and Lindeman was the only one who had two picks exactly right (Henry and Collins), while the other two only had one exactly right.
For the grand prize, Lindeman will receive a Paul Pierce Boston Celtics jersey and a Pioneer Blu-ray disc player courtesy of Kief’s in Lawrence.
