By J-W Staff Reports     May 1, 2007

Kansas University’s baseball team lost a game and added another.

Lighting problems at Hoglund Ballpark forced postponement of Monday night’s scheduled KU-St. Mary game. New lights were installed at the KU facility during the Jayhawks’ recent road trip, but they are still not operational, and St. Mary, an NAIA school in Leavenworth, was unable to play earlier in the day.

KU added a game with Bethany that will start at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The Jayhawks’ will travel Friday to Kansas State.

After that game, the KU-KSU series will shift to Hoglund Ballpark with games set for 3 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday.
