KU students consider judicial action in banner incident

Three Kansas University students say they are considering either filing a lawsuit or appealing the ruling of a University of Missouri investigation that cleared any wrongdoing of MU’s police chief. In March, the police chief allegedly grabbed a KU student’s shirt in an altercation over a banner the student and his friends took to Mizzou Arena.
