Kansas guard Malik Newman (14) puts a three over Seton Hall guard Myles Powell (13) during the second half, Saturday, March 17, 2018 in Wichita, Kan.

**1 – Malik Newman:** Scoreless the first 12 minutes, he finished with 28 points. He had two assists, one big one on a pass from the post to wide-open Svi Mykhailiuk on the perimeter for a huge 3 late. Newman made 4 of 8 3-pointers and 8 of 8 free throws. He has reached 20 points in four the past five games, all victories.

**2 – Udoka Azubuike:** Contributed 10 points and seven rebounds in 22 minutes and was the only one capable of keeping Angel Delgado (24 points, 23 rebounds) from completing dominating the game. Not moving the same as before his knee injury, but still makes Kansas a completely different team when he’s on the floor.

**3 – Svi Mykhailiuk:** Made biggest shot of game, a 3-pointer with 1:20 left to give KU a seven-point lead. Missed all three 3-point attempts in first half and made both in second half. Drove aggressively, finishing with left hand. Had 16 points, three assists, three steals and didn’t have any turnovers.

**4 – Lagerald Vick:** Looked good driving to the hoop and shooting (3 of 4 3-pointers). Had 13 points and four rebounds.

**5 – Devonte’ Graham:** On a night his free-throw shooting looked better in the box score (6 of 8) than live, his shot was off. He made just 1 of 7 shots and missed all four 3-point attempts. Finished with eight points, nine assists and five turnovers.

**6 – Mitch Lightfoot:** Great blocked shot to open the game, but didn’t have the heft to keep the clever, strong Delgado off the boards. Produced four points and three rebounds in 14 minutes.

**7 – Marcus Garrett:** Made just 2 of 5 free throws and had two turnovers, but also played well defensively and had three rebounds.

**8 – Silvio De Sousa:** Didn’t have any rebounds and committed two fouls in four minutes. Scored on dunk from the right side of the basket on a highlight of a hot-potato lob from Devonte’ Graham deep in the left corner.
