Kansas freshman guard C.J. Henry did not make the team's trip to Iowa State because of a deep bone bruise on his tailbone that he suffered at practice Friday.

KU coach Bill Self said Henry went up to block a shot and had a four-to-five foot fall right on his back. Tests showed no broken bones, but Henry did have a deep bone bruise.

Self said he saw no way Henry would be able to play in Monday's game against Missouri.

take your time cj. i'd rather see the development of players whose offense doesn't consist of jacking treys from half court...

They just look similar in passing because they have the same hair style and same beard thing.

I just love CJ's effort on the court .. you can tell he loves the game and enjoys every minute he in there. I pray he recovers quickly and gets back out there for our Jayhawks.

Crooner, sounds like you need a visit to the eye doctor.

I thought the exact same thing during the game. Their faces look very similar.

Get well soon, CJ.

And for the record, I don't see a resemblance to Brackins at all.

ralster--

Now that you have mentioned it, it is a close resemblence! Good eye!

Anybody notice the uncanny resemblence between CJ Henry and Craig Brackins of IowaState? Its uncanny...they look way more like siblings than X and CJ.

Get well, CJ! We will need you...

I was wondering where CJ was on the bench--didn't see him at all--this explains things. It's gotta hurt. Nothing to laugh about. Brock--I will one up on you--hopefully, CJ isn't the butt of all jokes on Big Monday!

We could very well need him down the stretch!
