Saturday marks the Kansas football team’s last chance in 2015 to end a losing streak away from home that currently stands at 37 games.
However, the winless Jayhawks don’t figure to have much of a shot at avoiding consecutive loss No. 38, because they have to play at No. 13 TCU. And the high-scoring Horned Frogs just lost their first game of the season.
This one figures to get ugly, so if you’re a KU football fan, you could always cheer yourself up by contemplating your answer to our question of the week below.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK
——————–
**Apparently Donald Trump hosted Saturday Night Live this past weekend. Do you (or did you used to) watch SNL, and if so who are your all-time favorite cast members or hosts?**
—
Last week: 5-1 | Season: 45-15
> Favorite cast member: Dana Carvey, of
> course. I challenge you to watch his
> CURRENT youtube clips from appearances
> on the late night talk shows. He’s
> still funny and a great impersonator.
> Also Phil Hartman was one funny guy.
—
Last week: 3-3 | Season: 45-15
> John Belushi, Bill Murray, Tina Fey
> … anybody old.
—
Last week: 4-2 | Season: 44-16
> Dana Carvey, especially when he was
> “Church Lady.”
—
Last week: 4-2 | Season: 44-16
> I’ve watched a few re-runs here and
> there. Chris Farley and Will Ferrell
> were always pretty funny in any skit
> they were involved with.
—
Last week: 4-2 | 43-17
> First, a tip of the hat to those in
> the top 10 — Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray,
> Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Mike Myers,
> Chris Rock, Gilda Radner and Dana
> Carvey.
>
> But let’s be clear, this is a
> two-person race between John Belushi
> and Eddie Murphy. It’s close, but
> Murphy gets the nod. Belushi was
> surrounded by comparable talent like
> Murray, Aykroyd and Radner. Murray
> worked with Joe Piscopo, Tim
> Kazurinsky and the significantly less
> talented brothers of Belushi and
> Murray. Still, Murphy put SNL on his
> shoulders and carried it like Michael
> Jordan carried the Bulls in 1986.
>
> Every character Murphy played worked.
> My favorite SNL sketch, [The James
> Brown Celebrity Hot Tub Party,][2]
> showcased Murphy’s immense talent.
>
> True genius that is just a little
> better than Samurai TV repairman.
—
Last week: 4-2 | Season: 42-18
> Since I’ve worked almost every
> Saturday night since the show started,
> I’m probably not qualified to answer.
—
Last week: 3-3 | Season: 40-20
> I’m not sure the original cast can be
> beat: Aykroyd, Belushi, Curtin,
> Morris, Chase, Newman, Radner.
> Although, as much as I loved SNL in
> those years, I almost think I liked
> SCTV even better, with the likes of
> John Candy, Eugene Levy, Dave Thomas,
> Harold Ramis and Martin Short. Ah, the
> golden years of comedy television …
> {sighs wistfully}
—
Last week: 1-5 | Season: 39-21
> When SNL was in its heyday of the
> modern era, Chris Farley and Adam
> Sandler were as good as it got. And it
> just so happened that both dudes had
> unforgettable skits on my favorite
> episode ever. Paul McCartney was
> either the host or musical guest and
> Farley’s interview with the former
> Beatle was pure gold. “Um, remember
> when you were in the Beatles…” On
> that same episode, Sandler did his
> rendition of “Red-Hooded Sweatshirt”
> and the tune still slays me to this
> day. Great stuff from a couple of
> comedic geniuses!
—
Last week: 3-3 | Season: 37-23
> I don’t watch SNL but I’ll catch the
> popular clips online. My favorite
> right now is Jay Pharaoh. I went to
> one of his shows last summer.
> Hilarious. However, I was a big fan of
> “All That” on Nickelodeon, which was
> like the kids’ version of SNL in the
> ’90s.
—
Last week: 3-3 | Season: 34-26
> It’s pretty clear your favorite cast
> member depends on how old you are. For
> me it’s Will Ferrell, and it’s not
> even close. His ridiculous impressions
> of George W. Bush, Harry Caray Robert
> Goulet and Janet Reno are off the
> charts hilarious. And he was
> phenomenal at just playing random
> weirdos, such as: the guy who played
> cowbell in Blue Oyster Cult, a random
> angry dad (“I DRIVE A DODGE STRATUS!”
> or “GET OFF THE SHED!”), Mr. David
> Larry on Dog Show, the bearded creep
> who is overly affectionate in public
> with his “love-ah”, or a guy named
> Terrence Maddox who poses nude for art
> classes. Will Ferrell is the G.O.A.T.
