Joe Dineen tops ratings after 38-9 loss to Baylor

**1 – Joe Dineen:** Big 12’s leader in tackles for loss added four to his total, one a sack, and had 10 solo tackles and one assist.

**2 – Khalil Herbert:** Slowed in midseason by a hamstring injury, he appeared to be back in shape and busted a 43 yard run and finished with 71 yards on 10 carries.

**3 – Gabriel Rui:** Missed his first field-goal attempt, from 48 yards, but made his next three from distances of 38, 40 and 43 for KU’s only points.

**4 – Steven Sims:** Targeted 14 times, Sims caught seven passes for 42 yards. Was able to find pockets in Baylor’s defense to make himself available, but many of the throws to him were off the mark. Averaged 26 yards on six kick returns.

**5 – Tyrone Miller:** Had a TFL and a pass breakup among five tackles (four solo).

**6 – Dorance Armstrong:** One of his three tackles came behind the line.

**7 – Daniel Wise:** In on three tackles and, as always, occupied multiple blockers.

**8 – Evan Fairs:** The 6-foot-3, 185-pound sophomore from Fulshears, Texas, caught two passes for 40 yards, one a 36-yard gain.

**9 – Taylor Martin:** Rushed for 26 yards on three carries, one that went for 13 yards.

**10 – Cole Moos:** Averaged 41.2 yards on four punts and ran for 11 yards for a first down on a fake punt.
