**1. D.J. Beshears:** What an exciting talent. It’s easy to see why the coaching staff stays up late at night trying to dream up new ways to get him the ball. Scored on a 10-yard run, a 96-yard kick return and a 7-yard run. Amassed 161 all-purpose yards.
**2. James Sims:** Has played three college games and has a pair of 100-yard rushing games. He makes such great cuts and in some ways looks like a slimmer, faster version of Brandon McAnderson.
**3. Steven Johnson:** Had eight tackles, including a tackle for loss, and sometimes lined up as a defensive end.
**4. Justin Springer:** Rugged middle linebacker had eight tackles and got into the backfield repeatedly.
**5. Johnathan Wilson:** Second consecutive strong week for the senior wideout. Caught three passes, including one for 35 yards.
**6. Daymond Patterson:** Returned a punt 23 yards and caught six passes for 40 yards.
**7. Chris Harris:** Had a very active night flying to the ball and was sound in pass coverage.
**8. Jordan Webb:** Had a chance to show what he can do when he’s given all night to pick out a receiver. Completed 17 of 27 passes for 249 yards and a touchdown.
**9. Lubbock Smith:** The guy flies to the ball and knows how to finish his tackles.
**10. Duane Zlatnik:** Delivered a punishing down-field block to help spring Angus Quigley on a 43-yard pass completion. Strong all-around game should help the confidence of the guard who is relatively inexperienced as a blocker but has a very high ceiling.
