T-Rob top player against UT Arlington

By Staff     Dec 30, 2010

**1. Thomas Robinson:** Dominated the slower, weaker post players from UT-Arlington. Continued streak of strong play and finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Had six offensive boards and three dunks. He also made 4 of 7 free throws.

**2. Travis Releford:** Changed the game with the defense he played in the second half. Made 2 of 3 three-pointers to hike his season percentage to .455.

**3. Elijah Johnson:** Like most of his mates, did not keep his man from getting past him, but he played a terrific game at the other end. Johnson totaled 11 points, five assists and two steals and turned it over just once. He made 3 of 4 three-pointers.

**4. Markieff Morris:** Had a productive 19 minutes, totaling 14 points, five rebounds, two blocked shots, two assists and a steal. Could made better of his size advantage and also turned it over three times.

**5. Marcus Morris:** Totaled 13 points and six rebounds and kept his cool in 20 minutes. Also had two turnovers.

**6. Josh Selby:** Did a nice job of breaking down the defense, but couldn’t get anything to fall, hitting just 1 of 9 shots. Has a long way to go defensively, but that’s to be expected for someone who has played only three college games.

**7. Tyshawn Taylor:** Made all three shots and both free throws, but didn’t give his best defensive effort.

**8. Tyrel Reed:** Made just 1 of 7 shots, but did contribute four rebounds.

**9. Jeff Withey:** Had two points and three boards in six minutes and made both free throw attempts.

**10. Brady Morningstar:** Scored one point in 15 minutes. Pretty much kept his game on the down low this night.

**11. Royce Woolridge:** Played three minutes in garbage time.
