1. Maxwell Onyegbule: Scored his second defensive touchdown of the year and harassed the quarterbacks all day.
2. Jake Laptad: Started at defensive tackle and got good penetration, especially in the first half. Forced a fumble and had two tackles for losses.
3. Arist Wright: Had a tackle for a loss, two pass breakups and a fumble recovery (which he then fumbled).
4. Dezmon Briscoe: Had his fifth 100-yard receiving game in seven games.
5. Justin Thornton: Returned to the starting lineup and played very well, leading team with seven tackles and added two pass breakups.
6. Huldon Tharp: Biggest of his six tackles came on third down at the goal line.
7. Darrell Stuckey: Blitzed for a 13-yard sack and generally did a solid job in coverage.
8. Bradley McDougald: Became first Jayhawk since Aqib Talib in 2007 to have both a reception and interception in the same game.
9. Jake Sharp: Rushed for 50 yards and had 15 receiving yards.
10. Jeff Wheeler: Forced the fumble that led to Onyegbule’s touchdown.
