1. Dezmon Briscoe: Didn’t come down with final jump ball did get others and finished with eight receptions for 154 yards and a touchdown.
2. Darrell Stuckey: Had 12 tackles, an interception and a broke up a pass that might have gone for a touchdown.
3. Kerry Meier: Never panics when throwing a wide receiver pass. He hit Todd Reesing for a 14-yard completion and had 11 receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown.
4. Todd Reesing: Bounced back from bad first half in which he faced relentless pressure. Had a fumble and interception that led to first-half touchdowns. In second half completed 17 of 28 passes for 260 yards and a touchdown.
5. Drew Dudley: Had 17 tackles, two for losses.
6. Jacob Branstetter: Booted field goals of 37, 43 and 42 yards, the three longest of his career. Only given credit for one tackle but actually had two.
7. Alonso Rojas: Averaged 44.2 yards on four punts and completed a 16-yard pass on a fake punt.
8. Tim Biere: Had a 16-yard reception on a brilliant deception play and finished with 23 yards on two catches. Won’t win an Olympic gold medal in any sprinting event.
9. Bradley McDougald: Had a reception for 28 yards and showed team-first attitude by getting worked in on defense.
10. Lubbock Smith: Didn’t have a perfect night, but did show aggressiveness and had eight tackles.
