_After each KU basketball game this season, this is where you can find out the hardwood equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Jayhawk **scholarship players’ individual performances**, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel. (**Scoring**: Each week, the top player in the ratings will be awarded 10 points. Second best gets nine points. Third best gets eight points, and so on and so on. The season standings are at the bottom)_**1. Mario Chalmers**: While his numbers weren’t the greatest-looking on KU’s side of the stat sheet, what Chalmers proved Monday night was that he’s the go-to guy on Bill Self’s team, wanting the ball more than anyone late in the game. He hit a huge guarded three in the final minute and nearly cashed another one at the buzzer which would have tied the game. Finished with 13 points and five assists.**2. Darrell Arthur**: His 22 points led KU on an efficient 10-of-16 shooting performance. Arthur was the hottest shooter in crimson and blue through 20 minutes, but had some trouble fitting in on that end of the floor after halftime. He also had six rebounds.**3. Darnell Jackson**: Quiet second half. Not a great rebounding night. Had 13 points and four rebounds.**4. Sasha Kaun**: Seven boards, including four on the offensive glass. Also defended well on both the interior and perimeter.**5. Brandon Rush**: Hit two big threes and had two key putbacks, but other than that had a quiet night. Had his potential game-tying three with :58 left blocked by 5-foot-11 A.J. Abrams.**6. Russell Robinson**: Did a solid job staying in front of D.J. Augustin, but played poorly at the other, including taking the ball to the wrong side of the floor on the final play.**7. Sherron Collins**: Misfired on all three three-pointers. He didn’t have as much success pushing the pace as he did Saturday against Baylor. Just had one bucket converted in six tries, but had four assists.**8. Cole Aldrich**: Only played two minutes, but had a big first half offensive stick-back.**9. Rodrick Stewart**: Played three minutes, didn’t register a single number in the stat sheet. On the positive side, did not attempt a three-pointer, but rather passed one up.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (based on average points)** **1.** Darnell Jackson **7.92** (198 points, 25 games) **2.** Mario Chalmers **7.79** (187 points, 24 games) **3.** Brandon Rush **7.26** (167 points, 23 games) **4.** Darrell Arthur **6.80/b> (170 point, 25 games) **5.** Russell Robinson **6.20** (155 points, 25 games) **6.** Sherron Collins **6.11** (116 points, 19 games) **7.** Sasha Kaun **5.72** (143 points, 25 games) **8.** Cole Aldrich **4.25** (102 points, 24 games) **9.** Rod Stewart **3.84** (96 points, 25 games) **10.** Tyrel Reed **3.12** (53 points, 17 games) **11.** Jeremy Case **2.23** (49 points, 22 games)**
