_After each KU basketball game this season, this is where you can find out the hardwood equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Jayhawk scholarship players’ individual performances, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel. (**Scoring**: Each week, the top player in the ratings will be awarded 10 points. Second best gets nine points. Third best gets eight points, and so on and so on. The season standings are at the bottom)_**1. Brandon Rush**: Restricted to 20 minutes of playing time, according to coach Bill Self, Rush played 36 minutes after Self said he received clearance from the medical staff. Rush made good use of it, scoring five points in overtime. He has made 5-of-8 three-pointers this season.**2. Darrell Arthur**: Needs to improve his rebounding, but shows talent to become go-to scorer down low if guards will be more resolved to throw him the ball.**3. Rodrick Stewart**: Super aggressive, Stewart had 13 points, six rebounds, two assists and a steal in 27 minutes. Drew tough assignment defensively (Chase Budinger) and struggled with it, but didn’t let that sap his energy.**4. Mario Chalmers**: Had the best night of the point guards and had seven assists, but still didn’t toss it into Darrell Arthur as much as he could have.**5. Darnell Jackson**: Not his best game, but still did the best job of rebounding among post players.**6. Sasha Kaun**: Two rebounds in 25 minutes doesn’t cut it. **7. Russell Robinson**: Team’s most consistent performer had a rare off night, as in way off. Missed all three shots, made ill-advised fouls, and had three turnovers. **8. Jeremy Case**: Didn’t get a chance to get a shot off in four minutes. **9. Tyrel Reed**: Injured his ankle at the end of the first half and didn’t return.**10. Cole Aldrich**: Played just one minute.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (based on average points)** **1.** Brandon Rush **7.67** (23 points, 3 games) **2.** Darnell Jackson **7.60** (38 points, 5 games) **3.** Sherron Collins **7.00** (14 points, 2 games) **4.** Darrell Arthur **6.80** (34 point, 5 games) **5.** Rod Stewart **6.60** (33 points, 5 games) **6.** Mario Chalmers **6.40** (32 points, 5 games) **7.** Russell Robinson **5.20** (26 points, 5 games) **8.** Tyrel Reed **4.60** (23 points, 5 games) **9.** Sasha Kaun **4.40** (22 points, 5 games) **10** Cole Aldrich **4.00** (20 points, 5 games) **11.** Jeremy Case **2.oo** (10 points, 5 games)
