_After each KU basketball game this season, this is where you can find out the basketball equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Jayhawks’ individual performances from top to bottom, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch and who has seen better days. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel._**1. Russell Robinson**: Coming into the NCAA Tournament, Robinson had gone without a three-point field goal in nine of the 11 games during the winning streak. He made three of them against Niagara and that wasn’t even his most important contribution. He had eight assists, five steals and no turnovers.**2. Sherron Collins**: Nobody who plays on this team is slow, least of all the guards. Even at that, Collins is able to make the team pick up the pace noticably when he comes off the bench. Not long after he checked in, Kansas began to run away with it. Had six assists, four steals and no turnovers.**3. Mario Chalmers**: He has made 13 three-point shots in 21 attempts in the last five games.**4. Brandon Rush**: Does not have a scoring ego. Was happy to advance the ball so teammates could score easy buckets. Had six assists and one turnover in team-high 28 minutes. **5. Darrell Arthur**: Worked the offensive boards hard and turned that work into easy buckets. Also blocked three shots. He’ll be needed against Kentucky on Sunday, so it’s a good thing he proved he’s healthy.**6. Julian Wright**: Was a little on the hyper side at times, including when he took a wild shot from the top of the key, but he did strong work on defense and finished with a double-double (10 points, 10 rebounds). Most of the shots he threw up were of the knuckleball variety.**7. Jeremy Case**: Made the absolute most of his nine minutes on the floor. Playing point guard, Case kept the ball moving, soared for two defensive rebounds, and made three three-point shots to finish with nine points. **8. Darnell Jackson**: Did terrific job on the boards, as usual, picking up eight rebounds in 16 minutes.**9. Sasha Kaun**: Blocked three shots, one of them a three-pointer.**10. Rodrick Stewart**: Has the speed to keep up with fast-paced front-liners. Made his only field goal attempt and added four assists.**11. Brady Morningstar**: Threw down a one-handed jam on the break, showing off his hops, and swished a three-pointer, showing off his touch. **12. Brad Witherspoon**: Made a free throw and for the rest of his life he has proof that he scored in an NCAA Tournament game. **13. Matt Kleinmann**: Had trouble converting down low, but did hit a pair of free throws, one of which he banked.**14. Brennan Bechard**: If he could have made one of two free throws, all 14 players would have scored. Nerves got the better of him and he had no follow through on either one.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (total points and average rank)** **1.** Julian Wright (121, 35 games) 3.46 **T-2.** Brandon Rush (123, 35 games) 3.51 **T-2.** Mario Chalmers (123, 35 games) 3.51 (**_Jumps to tie for 2nd_**) **4.** Sherron Collins (150, 35 games) 4.29 **5.** Russell Robinson (155, 34 games) 4.56 **6.** Darrell Arthur (172, 35 games) 4.91 **7.** Sasha Kaun (182, 31 games) 5.87 **8.** Darnell Jackson (214, 35 games) 6.11 **9.** Rodrick Stewart (249, 27 games) 9.22 **10.** Jeremy Case (168, 18 games) 9.33 **11.** Brady Morningstar (145, 15 games) 9.67 **12.** Matt Kleinmann (178, 16 games) 11.12 **13.** Brennan Bechard (150, 12 games) 12.50 **14.** Brad Witherspoon (131, 10 games) 13.10
