Coach Self better have the team ready to play. Calipari does not need any more ammo in the recruiting war.

Exactly. Imagine. "Even when we have a down year we beat Kansas."

Some interesting data is going around showing that of the 24 McDonalds players Bragg and Diallon rank 22 and 23 in minutes played.

I am sure that Calipari will be using that as a selling point during recruiting.

If playing time is valuable to development then the stats reflect it.

this is just sad when you consider that the players ahead of them are not tearing it up. It's not like they are trying to get minutes against some senior scoring 12-15 points per game. It's trying to get minutes against a junior who has scored all of two points in the last two games in which he started and logged major minutes.

If we play our game and Self uses the bench i think we will be ok. Kentucky has active long big men so somebody better tell Mason and Graham when you drive learn how to pull and shoot a floater of a short jumpshot cause it will be a block party if you dont. I think Self needs to change the rotation and starting lineup to give us a boost To me in my opinion the rotation should be this. starting lineup should be Mason and Seldon as the guards.Svi should be the small forward. . Ellis and Mickelson are your big men. You bring Graham and Green off the bench (though i think Vick should gets some minutes as well) as your guards and let Diallo and Lucas be the biggs. With Bragg having the ability to step out and knock down perimeter shots he is fast and athletic enough to even play the small forward position. Listen i love Traylor but from a scoring sense hes just a liability out there

I like your plan, especially starting Mickelson. However, I read somewhere that he has a high ankle sprain and is questionable this weekend. Bummer. We REALLY need his offensive input.

It's such a lopsided series. If we are on the top of a series, which we are a lot, then we poo-poo the thought of calling it a rivalry.

Wonder how we will play. Half a game again? This team just blew out Fizzou by 34 and may be feeling it. Their guards can shoot well, at least lately, and inside scoring will be at a premium due to active big men for UK. There is no way we match up personnel wise. Since we are all about potential I can say this.

Could it be a start to the way back up or a continuance on the road to a .500 conference record? What is really going on with this team? Is there a scandal about to be revealed?

What's the over/under on points for Ulis? I'm going with 26.
