Kansas volleyball finishes off sweep of TCU with another 4-set win

For the second time in as many days, the Kansas volleyball squad defeated TCU in four sets inside Schollmaier Arena.

After a 25-21 defeat in the first set, the Jayhawks won their next three sets (25-17, 25-17, 25-17) to finish off the sweep of the Horned Frogs on Saturday. Kansas (8-10) finished off Big 12 play with a 7-9 clip in league action.

TCU, meanwhile, is now 1-14 on the year and 1-11 against conference opponents.

Jenny Mosser led the Kansas offense with 15 kills, while also adding 15 digs for a double-double. Anezka Szabo finished with 13 kills. Caroline Crawford finished with two solo blocks and eight block assists to lead the KU defense. Elise McGhie recorded 36 assists.

The Jayhawks finished Big 12 play on a four-match winning streak, and winners of six of their final eight matches.

Kansas will now travel to Wichita State at 6 p.m. Thursday.
