Six Kansas University volleyball players are listed on the 2015 Academic All-Big 12 Team.
Five Jayhawks were first-team honorees — junior Maggie Anderson, supply chain management; junior Tayler Soucie, exercise science/pre-med; junior Cassie Wait, finance; junior Janae Hall, media studies and design; and sophomore Madison Rigdon, exercise science. Sophomore Ainise Havilli, sport management, was listed on the second team.
It is the second consecutive honor for Anderson, Soucie and Wait.
To qualify, athletes must maintain a 3.00 GPA or higher and must have participated in 60 percent of their team’s contests.
