KU fell to 8-5-2 overall, 2-3 in the Big 12, while OU moved to 5-7-4 and 1-2-2.
Kansas outshot the Sooners, 14-11, but Oklahoma recorded its second shutout of the season.
The Jayhawks will face Texas at 1 p.m. Sunday in Austin, Texas.
