KU golfer Gilbert leads men in Arizona

? Kansas University golfer Chris Gilbert carded a 2-under 70 to lead the KU men’s team on Friday, during the second day of the Desert Shootout.

Gilbert is tied for 11th place, while Kansas sits in eighth place in the team standings.

Alex Gutesha carded a 1-under 71 and finished the day tied for 28th.

The third and final day of the Shootout will begin at 9:30 a.m. today.
