Fayetteville, Ark. ? Arkansas won the first seven events on the day and cruised to a 199-96 victory over Kansas University in a swimming and diving dual on Saturday.
KU fell to 5-4, while Arkansas improved to 2-3.
“Our overall team performance was poor,” KU coach Clark Campbell said. “There were a couple glimpses (of good performances) here and there, but I thought we were just not that competitive.”
Kansas won just one solo event on the day: Stephanie Payne won the 400 IM in 4:29.21.
KU will travel to Ames, Iowa, for a dual Feb. 3-4 with Iowa State.
