Kansas junior right-handed pitcher Thomas Taylor has been named the Big 12 Conference’s Pitcher of the Week for the week of Feb 20.
Taylor, from Overland Park, tossed a career-best 8 1/3 shutout innings against Belmont on Saturday, helping the Jayhawks to a 2-0 win.
