KU women golfers finish tied for 14th

? Kansas University freshman golfer Nadia Luttner finished with a 2-over 74 to tie for 14th place in the first round of the Dale McNamara Invitational at The Patriot Golf Club on Monday.

The Kansas women’s team shot a 25-over 313 in the first round and is in 12th place out of 15 teams at the Invitational.

Other KU golfers who played Monday were senior Katy Nugent and sophomore Meghan Potee, who both shot 7-over 79 and tied for 49th place, and sophomore Thanuttra Boonraksasat, who shot a 9-over 81 and tied for 62nd place.

The Dale McNamara Invitational will continue today with the second round.
