Game balls and gassers: KU vs. Missouri

Game balls

Bradley McDougald, KU's best player in the second half of the season, returned an interception 57 yards for a touchdown and had eight tackles, six solos, one for a loss. He showcased his speed running along the left sideline and staying in bounds for the touchdown.

Tyler Patmon returned an interception 42 yards (then was flagged 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct) and was credited a pass break-up and four tackles, one for a loss.

Quarterback Jordan Webb's rough second half of the season continued. He completed 9 of 20 passes for 60 yards and threw two interceptions.

A.J. Steward was flagged for a false start on fourth and a foot after a third-quarter timeout to set up a play with the score tied, 10-10.

It was so bad, it was actually kind of funny! It was like he was shadow boxing with a mirror...

And AJ missed a block two plays before that play, that would have gone for many yards.

And Jordan Webb's first half of 4/10 and 1 interception wasn't part of the Gasser program?

Jordan Webb would have looked good playing in the Missouri Valley Conference.
