Boulder, Colo. — Alec Burks had 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Colorado snapped a four-game skid with a victory over Iowa State in front of a sparse crowd on a frigid Tuesday night.
Four teammates also scored in double figures, including Cory Higgins with 16, as the Buffaloes (15-8, 4-4 Big 12) dominated the Cyclones in virtually every category. They also finally put away an opponent with a strong second half.
