Ames, Iowa ? Iowa State basketball coach Fred Hoiberg has suspended Calvin Godfrey for three games for violating team rules. Hoiberg says Monday in a statement that Godfrey will be eligible to return to the Cyclones on Feb. 16 at Texas A&M. No other details about the suspension were released.
Godfrey, a freshman forward from Robbinsdale, Minn., is averaging 4.1 points and 4.7 rebounds this season.
