Kansas University junior forward Emily Cressy will lead the Eagles soccer club into the U-23 Adult Soccer Association finals July 23-25 at Overland Park Soccer Complex.
Eight teams have qualified for the championship, which will run concurrently with the U-14 through U-19 Youth National Championships. The Eagles previously won national championships in 2004 with the U-14 age group and 2007 in the U-17 division, where Cressy, a junior from Ventura, Calif., was named top offensive player.
