Wilmington, N.C. ? The Kansas women’s tennis team won six out of eight singles matches to complete the second day of the UNCW Collegiate Tennis Invitational on Saturday.
In round three of the winner’s bracket, KU sophomore Erin Wilbert defeated Furman University’s Jennifer Betts in straight sets. Wilbert advanced to play in today’s finals.
KU sophomore Alessandra Dzuba also advanced to compete in today’s finals in a separate winner’s bracket after defeating UNC Wilmington’s Casey Dashiell in straight sets.
