Bershawn “Batman” Jackson, a five-time champion in the 400-meter hurdles, and a pair of decorated Canadian track and field athletes will return to the Kansas Relays.
Javelin thrower Scott Russell, a Kansas University hall of famer and 2008 Olympian for Canada, and hurdler Perdita Felicien also will be participating.
