Don Fambrough, a former Kansas University football coach, will sign copies of his children’s book “The Three Little Jayhawks” as part of a fundraiser for cancer research. The signings will be from 5 p.m.-6 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at Hy-Vee, 4000 W. Sixth St. The event is part of Alex’s Lemonade Stand, in which lemonade stands will be set up around the Kansas City metro area to raise money for Children’s Mercy Hospital and the Kansas University Medical Center.
