Los Angeles ? Norm Chow, who tutored a pair of Heisman Trophy-winning quarterbacks at Southern California, is returning as offensive coordinator at crosstown rival UCLA. Chow, fired last week by the Tennessee Titans, joins the staff of new UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel.
