Cleveland ? Former Kansas University guard Billy Thomas on Friday signed a contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Terms were not disclosed. Thomas had been playing with Colorado of the NBA Development League. Thomas averaged 15.7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.7 assists iin 27 games with Colorado.
