Next Monday, Aug. 1, is the deadline for Kansas University basketball season ticket holders to determine where they’ll be sitting in Allen Fieldhouse next season.

Seating is determined by points that translate into dollars contributed. Larger contributions mean better seats. Smaller donators have a good chance of losing long-held, choice seats.
In one case, a long-time KU basketball supporter said it would cost him $100,000 to retain two seats he’s had for years.
