Leavenworth senior standout basketball player and Kansas University signee Wayne Simien departs today for the McDonald’s All-American game at Duke’s Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, N.C.
A party will be held for the 6-foot-8, 240-pound forward’s departure for family, friends and fans from 10:30-11:15 a.m. at the USAir Terminal at Kansas City International airport.
