Las Vegas ? Kansas University’s softball team tripped Southern Utah, 7-6, Sunday at the Desert Breeze Tournament.
Second baseman Amy Hulse hit a home run and double in four at bats and had four RBIs. Shelly Musser had two hits and two stolen bases and an RBI. Also, Megan Urquhart and Courtney Wright had two hits apiece for KU (6-5).
Kara Pierce pitched 21/3 innings of relief for the win.
