— University of Louisville senior George Goode, a 6-8 forward out of Raytown (Mo.) South High, on Thursday announced plans to transfer to Missouri. He will be immediately eligible because he has already earned his college degree. Goode chose MU over Kansas State and Morehead State. He has career averages of 1.9 points and 1.4 rebounds a game.

Missouri also on Thursday lost a player. Ricky Kreklow, a 6-6 freshman guard from Columbia’s Rock Bridge High, announced plans to transfer after averaging 2.1 ppg last season. He has not yet picked a school.

Heart attack averted. I thought this might be about Rodney Purvis.

Is this being reported on here because someone posted about this kid in the comment threads yesterday and mistakenly said he was interested in KU instead of KState? Perhaps an attempt to clear any confusion?

It would appear that overall they are 0.2 pts worse off.

Either way, shouldn't make much difference.

Well, it looks like now Misuse will finally be "Goode" enough to make their first Final Four ... I'm sure Bill and the boys are shaking in their Adidas.

Wow! When I saw Misery got George Goode (former Burger King All-American), I was really worried about how the Jayhawks could ever compete with that, but then I saw they lost Ricky Kreklow (former Wendy's All-American), so it all evens out. Disaster averted.
