Earlier this week, Kansas dropped a road decision at Kansas State, snapping an eight-game win streak in the Sunflower Showdown.
“I think everyone is hungry,” Lawsons said. “I think everyone is more focused. Guys are trying to get better.”
Kansas plays host to Oklahoma State at 11 a.m.
