By Staff     Sep 28, 2018

Following his team’s annual Late Night in the Phog event Friday night at Allen Fieldhouse, Kansas basketball coach Bill Self discusses the show-closing scrimmage, which featured 10 points form senior guard Lagerald Vick for the losing Blue team and 11 by sophomore guard K.J. Lawson for the winning Crimson team.

The Crimson group, which also featured junior center Udoka Azubuike and freshman guards Quentin Grimes and Devon Dotson, won 46-37 in the 20-minute scrimmage with a running clock.

Self gets into how he handles captains, Vick returning for his senior season, the pre-scrimmage performance by 2 Chainz, “bad ball” by his players and much more.
