_After each KU basketball game this season, this is where you can find out the hardwood equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Jayhawk **scholarship players’ individual performances**, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel. (**Scoring**: Each week, the top player in the ratings will be awarded 10 points. Second best gets nine points. Third best gets eight points, and so on and so on. The season standings are at the bottom)_**1. Darnell Jackson**: Another physical effort from the senior resulted in 17 points and nine rebounds, both team highs. **2. Darrell Arthur**: Stayed closer to the basket, particularly early in the game, and had 15 points and six boards to show for it.**3. Cole Aldrich**: Hit the boards hard and had six points and seven rebounds in 15 minutes. Looked particularly aggressive scoring on a left-handed put-back. Blocked three shots, every one of them with authority.**4. Russell Robinson**: After starting the season 5-for-10 on 3-point attempts, has made just 4-of-20 since. Went to the line for six free throws and made them all. Did not have a single turnover.**5. Brandon Rush**: In a mini-shooting slump (1 for 8 from 3-point land in the past two games) but looked as if he had his old spring on a one-handed fastbreak jam and skying for a rebound in traffic.**6. Sasha Kaun**: Battled through an ankle sprain to contribute seven points and three boards in 12 minutes.**7. Tyrel Reed**: Did a nice job of feeding the post and couldn’t wait to get back in the game after spraining his right ankle in his first action back since spraining his left ankle. Loves playing basketball for Kansas.**8. Mario Chalmers**: Did a nice job of feeding the post and had eight assists and one very avoidable turnover that was the result of trying to be too fancy on an interior pass. Missed all four 3-point attempts.**9. Rod Stewart**: Never stops hustling. **10. Jeremy Case**: Had a nice steal but couldn’t finish on the break.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (based on average points)** **1.** Darnell Jackson **7.75** (62 points, 8 games) **2.** Sherron Collins **7.00** (14 points, 2 games) **3.** Brandon Rush **6.67** (40 points, 6 games) **T-4.** Rod Stewart **6.00** (48 points, 8 games) **T-4.** Mario Chalmers **6.00** (48 points, 8 games) **T-4.** Darrell Arthur **6.00** (48 point, 8 games) **7.** Russell Robinson **5.00** (40 points, 8 games) **8.** Tyrel Reed **4.50** (27 points, 6 games) **9.** Sasha Kaun **4.38** (35 points, 8 games) **10** Cole Aldrich **4.00** (32 points, 8 games) **11.** Jeremy Case **2.43** (17 points, 7 games)
