KU softball swept by Oklahoma State

Allowing seven runs in the final two innings, the Kansas softball team couldn’t hold off Oklahoma State in a 9-3 loss Saturday at Arrocha Ballpark, dropping its sixth straight Big 12 game.

Oklahoma State (28-11, 7-2 in Big 12) scored three runs in the top of the sixth inning and four more in the seventh. The Jayhawks (25-15, 0-6) led 3-2 heading into the sixth before OSU took advantage of four walks in the frame.

Kansas will travel to No. 2-ranked Oklahoma for a three-game series on Friday.
