Big 12 Conference games already?It’s a little startling to Kansas fans to know that Texas Tech and Oklahoma State play each other this weekend, especially considering KU doesn’t start league play until Oct. 6.In fact, Kansas and Missouri will be the last two Big 12 teams to start conference play, though there’s a reason. The Border War game was originally scheduled for Sept. 29, but was moved to Nov. 24 for television purposes. It was then moved to Arrowhead Stadium [ for cha-ching][1] purposes.Think of how the schedule would have been: Florida International, Missouri, at Kansas State, Baylor.
