After trailing by as many as 16 points in the second half, No. 6 Kansas put together a furious comeback to take the lead over Oklahoma State in Stillwater on Tuesday night.

In the end, though, it wasn’t enough. The Jayhawks dropped a 75-70 decision on the road to the Cowboys inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Kansas is now 10-3 on the year, which includes a 4-2 clip in Big 12 play.

David McCormack led KU with 24 points and 12 rebounds in the loss. Ochai Agbaji finished with 14 points, while Marcus Garrett added 12 points.

Kansas will play host to Iowa State on Saturday. Tipoff is at 1 p.m. in Allen Fieldhouse.
