Kansas junior forward Landen Lucas says the Jayhawks are excited about having a chance to clinch a least a share of the Big 12 title on their home floor Saturday, when KU plays host to Texas Tech.
“After all we’ve gone through this season,” Lucas says, “to be able to have a chance to do that at the place where most of the big wins have come, it’s gonna be fun.”
Still, the Jayhawks understand Texas Tech, winners of 5 straight, will be eager to upset KU.
“We know what’s on the line,” Lucas says. “We know how much fun Saturday could be if we handle business.”
