**1. Kevin Young:** Jayhawk Nation, meet Kevin Young. In 24 minutes, he gave Kansas a huge boost with 14 points and four rebounds. Made 2 of 3 three-point shots and was not a defensive liability. Ill-advised, errant bank shot late with no KU players under the hoop to get the rebound was lone blemish of the game.
**2. Thomas Robinson:** Had 21 points and seven rebounds (all in the second half). Got a little too creative at times instead of keeping the ball moving, which resulted in five turnovers.
**3. Elijah Johnson:** Made 5 of 7 three-points and played a strong all-around game in 37 minutes on the floor.
**4. Tyshawn Taylor:** Played strong defense early against Ohio State’s Aaron Craft and had a career-high 13 assists, but also had seven turnovers. Played 69 minutes in two games during a week that started with him suffering a torn meniscus in practice Monday.
**5. Travis Releford:** With Releford shadowing him, William Buford needed to attempt 23 shots to score his 21 points. Releford contributed 10 points, five rebounds and two steals.
**6. Jeff Withey:** Had two points, seven boards and two blocked shots.
**7. Conner Teahan:** Made just 1 of 5 three-point shots.
**8. Justin Wesley:** Set up beautifully by Robinson for a bucket and picked up a rebound and two personal fouls in three minutes.
**9. Naadir Tharpe:** Entered the game in the final minute.
