Stillwater, Okla. ? Kansas University freshman Anastasiya Rychagova won six of her seven matches in a runner-up performance at the 2015 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Regional.
Rychagova lost just one set in her first six matches, including a win over 12-ranked Viktoriya Lushkova of Oklahoma State, on her way to Monday’s title match against OSU junior Katarina Adamovic.
Adamovic, the 92nd-ranked player in the NCAA, won the championship match by the final score of 6-1, 7-6.
